The restaurant is very special, full of summer taste, the service here is also very good, can record every order request very carefully, my favorite is the green fresh drink, subverted my imagination, of course the simple meal is also delicious.

The Southeast Asian dishes are not bad. The cucumber shreds inside are very good. The fried fish steak is also delicious. It belongs to Southeast Asian fusion dishes. There are dishes in several places in Thailand, India and Malaysia.

Al Forno. The restaurant environment is really super Japanese style, especially the kind of tone that I like, and they are still tatami design, which is really intimate, the taste is relatively light.

What a poorly run event. Took along a group of overseas guests to Scenic Sounds to spend some serious $$$ and one of the girls was chucked out for throwing a drink, when she was the one that had drink thrown all over her. These doorman are amatures and need some serious re-training. Firstly guys you don&rsquo;t forcibly grab a young ladies arm like that and drag them out and two take a moment to get your facts right, couldn&rsquo;t you see her clothes were completely soaked? I hope the owner reads this.

This is a great location little else going on however!! My friend and I got the small plates of lamb meatballs and squid balls. Both plates were very expensive $26 and $28, respectively.  We found this very expensive for the food, which was essentially, tasteless.  The food in fact tasted like it had come straight out of a freezer bag.  Also a glass of wine at $18 was very over the top as well. Apart from catching up with my friend which was enjoyable, I would not recommend this place for food!!  to pay $28 for a small plate of food is totally exorbitant.   I wouldn’t have minded if the food was excellent, but it was far from that!!!  also $18 for a glass of wine really does put one off as you could pick up a very good quality bottle of wine from the supermarket for that price!

A great small bar / restaurant with almost a tapas style menu (sharing plates).  The service was great and the food wonderful and the whole place had a nice vibe

Great local restaurant with great staff

We were just looking at the menu and were  welcomed so warmly that we went in and so happy we did. Delightful atmosphere like your cosy local (we were from out of town) and so near to the beach but also the Bruce Mason Centre where we were headed after. Food came very promptly and was delicious. Food is sharing plates, mainly fried but delicious. It was also no problem accommodating my post surgical leg that needed to rest up on a stool.  If on the North shore and looking for a lovely place for a drink or nibble would highly recommend.

Pre theatre drink and eats

Stopped in for a late lunch. Being the only people there, service was fast and friendly.  Prices were reasonable for the quality and quantity. We probably won&apos;t have dinner tonight. Good selection of wines and beers.   Go back factor: High.
